“Photographer/Videographer” refers to Anreli or her appointed representatives.
“Client” refers to the individual or organization engaging Anreli’s services.
“Images” include all photos, videos, and other media created by Anreli.
2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of 50% confirms the booking and will be deducted from the final invoice.
Full payment is required prior to Shooting day unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling is permitted once if Anreli is notified at least [time frame] before the scheduled session.
In case of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than [specified time] before the event, the full balance will be charged.
3. Artistic License and Style
Anreli maintains a unique photography and videography style. While minor requests are welcome, Anreli reserves the right to final creative decisions to deliver quality work consistent with her style.
Full, continuous recording is reserved for specific ceremony parts like vows, speeches, and key cultural moments. Other parts of the event will be creatively edited to showcase the day’s highlights.
4. Event Day Protocol
Coverage Guidelines: Anreli aims to capture the flow of events with minimal interference, only directing poses when necessary.
Guest and Family Interactions: Anreli may advise guests to avoid specific areas to capture moments without interference.
Security and Equipment Safety: Certain actions (e.g., firecrackers, lasers) can compromise equipment integrity and may not be recorded.
5. Image Usage and Copyright
Copyright for all images remains with Anreli Photography & Videography.
Clients receive a limited license for personal use of the final edited images and videos. Commercial use or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
If Clients prefer their images not to be used in promotional material, they should notify Anreli before the session.
6. Image Delivery and Retouching
Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery or USB within [time frame].
Basic retouching is included in the service; additional editing may be available for an additional fee.
7. Revisions and Edits
One round of minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments or basic edits) is included. Further changes are subject to an additional fee.
Requests for revisions must be submitted within [time frame] after delivery.
8. Limit of Liability
Anreli takes every reasonable measure to capture the event professionally; however, she is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, lighting restrictions, or unexpected limitations imposed by the venue.
If Anreli cannot attend due to illness or unforeseen events, she will attempt to find a suitable replacement or offer a refund.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is collected solely for the purposes of providing services and will not be shared without the Client’s consent.
Photos are stored for [specified time frame] after the delivery date. Clients are encouraged to download and back up images promptly.
10. Delivery and Storage
Edited images and videos are delivered in [format, e.g., high-resolution digital files].
Files will be available for download for up to [time frame] from the date of delivery. Backing up files is the Client’s responsibility.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
